iDevWorks Alertz is a Windows-based software for managing SMS transaction alerts to mobile phones. It can recieve inbound SMS to any specific mobile number through any phone connected to your computer. It can also connect to any database and trigger customizable alerts based on setup conditions. The reply messages are routed via the Internet so no need for propiatory hardware at your premises.

iDevWorks Alertz can be used by various businesses such as banks, advertising agencies, schools and organisations. You can setup a filter to send customised messages to customers or queue the message to be delivered at a specific period.

Features of iDevworks Alertz

Subscribers can either be enrolled by texting in to your designated number, or you can set them up manually as shown below.

You can search for a subscriber using various parameters like phone number, names, account number
e.t.c. You can activiate or deactivate a subscriber either manually or automatically via a setup script.

Multiple reply messages can be setup in response to different types of inbound events (either inbound SMS to your phone or database trigger). This means that your subscribers will get different SMS notifications from you depending on the events (e.g deposit, withdrawal, birthday/anniversary or a custom text from the subscriber)
